Did you ever hear that urban legend about the woman riding the subway alone late at night- the one with two people and a corpse? This isn't that. 

MAN★EATER is a short horror comedy visual novel created in a month for the 6th Annual Spooktober Visual Novel Jam made with Light.vn. You play as a girl-next-door type just trying to get home one Halloween night. Your surprisingly peaceful subway ride goes awry, though, when two odd strangers join you. Discover different endings with the choices you make.

Note: The version out now is incomplete, with only five of the planned seven endings out. Some assets in game say there are seven endings, but this is not currently correct. Please stay tuned if you're interested in playing the last two endings and unlocking a fun new game plus mode in the next release!

To play, please download the Zip file from this page. After you've unzipped the file, double click on "LightApp.exe" to play. We hope to have a web version out soon, but for now we only support Windows.

Contains depictions of mental illness (and the stigmatization of it), cursing,  death, light gore, light jumpscare(s), and mentions of suicide, murder, and homophobia. This is a pretty light-hearted game, but please proceed with caution and reach out if you need more detailed information before playing.
